Ordering and returns

Place an order

• Account opening required A customer account must be opened by Plasti-Tom before an order can be placed.

• First order Payable immediately upon ordering.

• Call-ups Payable to 30 days.

• Orders without an account : It is possible to order without an account if the total amount is less than 1,000 $. Payment is then made by credit card, with costs of 3.3 % applicable.

Exchange and return policy

• No returns accepted.

• Exchange possible within 30 days after delivery, only if :

  • the product is unused ;

  • in perfect condition;

  • and in its original packaging.

Visit transport costs for the exchange are at the customer’s expense.

• Defective products An exchange is possible within 60 days.

  The replacement order will be dispatched within 48-hour deadline, at no extra charge.

Proof of purchase
