Injection Molding

Injection moulding is a technique for manufacturing parts in large or very large series. A mould usually consisting of 2 parts (fixed and mobile) is held in place in a press under high pressure and fed by melted plastics at precise temperatures according to the viscosity of the raw material used. We primarily work with new or recycled HDPE and LDPE plastics that match our current products, but our equipment is designed to accommodate other types of polymer.

Blow Molding

Blow molding is a manufacturing technique that is similar to the manufacture of containers of all kinds of type bottle or other. The technique is the vertical casting (by fall) of a liquified plastic substance which is then enclosed and held in place by two mould parts and blown from the inside for the shaping of the part.
