Placing an order

Account opening required A customer account must be opened by Plasti-Tom before an order can be placed.

First order Payable immediately upon ordering.

Call-ups Payable to 30 days.

Orders without an account : It is possible to order without an account if the total amount is less than 1,000 $. Payment is then made by credit card, with costs of 3.3 % applicable.
Exchange and return policy

No returns accepted.

Exchange possible within 30 days after delivery, only if :

the product is unused ;
-
in perfect condition; ;

and in its original packaging.

Visit transport costs for the exchange are at the customer's expense.

Defective products An exchange is possible within 60 days.
The replacement order will be dispatched within 48-hour deadline, at no extra charge.
