Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.<\/p>&#13;\n<h2><b>Place an order<\/b><\/h2>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Account opening required<\/b> A customer account must be opened by Plasti-Tom before an order can be placed.<\/p>&#13;\n<\/li>&#13;\n<li>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>First order <\/b>Payable immediately upon ordering.<\/p>&#13;\n<\/li>&#13;\n<li>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Call-ups<\/b> Payable to <b>30 days<\/b>.<\/p>&#13;\n<\/li>&#13;\n<li>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Orders without an account :<\/b> It is possible to order without an account if the total amount is <span class=\"s1\"><b>less than 1,000 $<\/b><\/span>.
