Molding Processes

We work with two molding techniques: either by injection or blow molding (bottle type).

Injection molding is a manufacturing technique for pieces of large or very large series. It usually consists of two mold parts (fixed and mobile) held in place in a press under high pressure and fed with molten plastic at specific temperatures depending on the viscosity of the material used. We work primarily plastics like HDPE and LDPE, new or recycled, which are used for our existing products. Again, our facilities are designed to be able to work with other types of polymer.

Blow molding is a manufacturing technique which is similar to the manufacturing of all kinds of containers, like bottles or other. We use a vertical casting technique (a fall) with a liquified plastic material which is then enclosed and held in place by two mold parts and blown from the inside to give the part its shape.
